We are happy to be as flexible as possible. All extensions are subject to the caregivers availability, and not guaranteed unless full payment is made at least 48 hours in advance. If you expect to exceed your booked time slot, please do let us know in advance so we can help inform the caregiver of a possible extension. Extension is subject to the caregiver’s availability. Please do check with the caregiver upon arrival of their availability.  

Our caregivers do not handle cash. All payment must be made in advance via our online payment system. Any extension of a booking to be paid via an updated payment link sent within 14 days after the bookings is serviced.
