Used their service for our 3yr old son and 1yr old daughter. At the very first day they were nervous but when they came back, especially my 3yr old was super happy, told me he had such a fun time with sensei and friends. He was so excited to go back the next day. I’ve never seen him this excited to go to his regular day care, so I’m sure this Niseko kids club must have done such fantastic job. I also loved their detailed email report of how our kids’ day went. Very much recommend this place for any parents!
We use the babysitting services with Eri-San while we were at the Hilton. She was amazing, fun and trustworthy. She did all kinds of activities with our son and made sure he was fed well. It was nice to spend time with my husband while on vacation for the first time in over two years and be assured our son was in good hands. Highly recommend!!!
Had my two kids (2-5) spent the day at the Club. They loved it! They even asked me if they could go back the next day. It says it all! And the place looks just amazing!
We had baby-sitting service 5 days and 1 day day-care, all exceeding our expectations. The service and care from each one was second to none, also love the pictures they provide through the day with updates on our sons day with them. Yasuha was particularly great! Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the japow in peace!
I have never felt more comfortable leaving my kids with someone as I was with Eri and Nagisa. My children are 5, 3 and 7 months and they played with them, fed them and got them to sleep. They sent me multiple photos throughout their time with my kids and my kids loved every minute with them. My 5 year old asked for them to come back the next day. They brought toys with them and took my kids outside to play in the snow. I will absolutely use them again when we come back!!
