Niseko Kids Club was wonderful and easy to work with while requesting and watching our 1.5 year old son twice during our stay in Niseko. Charlotte and Katie were both very attentive, communicative, and patient with our family around nap/sleep schedules. They met us at our hotel and used the playroom, our room, and the public hotel spaces to keep him entertained and happy! They came prepared with new toys and books so that our son was very happy and entertained while mom and dad were able to enjoy the mountain and/or spa time! We highly recommend Niseko Kids Club, and Katie or Charlotte in particular, for anyone in search of a babysitter during their stay in Niseko.

Absolutely loved our babysitters in Niseko! As first-time parents with a 6-month-old baby, we were naturally a bit nervous, but Charlotte and Maia were incredible—warm, attentive, and completely trustworthy. Our baby was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for each day. It gave us peace of mind to enjoy skiing knowing our little one was in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended Niseko Kids Club. We were assigned Katie for our 2.5 year old for 3 days so my husband, 8 year old and I could ski. Our son was upset when we left and Katie handled it with such confidence and kindness. She come prepared with new toys in his interests and as they got to know each other they ventured out into the snow for play and then bus and gondola rides. Our son seemed safe, happy and enjoyed himself. Communication with everyone at Niseko Kids Club was prompt, clear and helpful. Should we return to Niseko we would absolutely use them again!

We needed care for our 1yo during a recent stay in Niseko. We started with daycare and then moved to a Nanny. The daycare facility is amazing, the staff are so lovely and accommodating. My husband and I met Daisy (who works for Niseko Kids Club) in a cafe, she was so warm and lovely so we requested her for babysitting. Daisy looked after our daughter for four consecutive days, they had lots of adventures outdoors as well as indoor activities and we were updated regularly through the kids club app. My daughter loved being with Daisy so much she would give her a big hug goodbye everyday and wouldn’t let her go! Daisy is authentic, kind, caring and attentive.

My almost 3 year old daughter, Sara, was at Niseko Daycare. I had initially booked for 4 half days to assess her response and am so glad that she went in and came out with a big smile! Everyday whilst there she would proudly show me the artwork that she did and talk about the gondola rides she took. I love the daily updates that were provided although there were some days when the Center was overwhelmed that there were less updates. We liked it so much that we extended it for another 4 days! Thank you so much to Ayumi and Laura for taking such wonderful care of her! And to the other staff I didn’t get the names of - thank you for creating such wonderful memories for Sara!. If I had to give one feedback it would be to ensure a constant caregiver for the duration of the child’s stay as Sara was a bit nervous when she saw a new face everyday at the door.

Such a positive experience! We had our 13 month old baby sat through NKC while staying in Niseko. Maia was amazing. My son instantly warmed to her and was genuinely so happy every time we saw him with her. She was professional, compassionate, warm and a genuine delight, which made it very easy to trust her with our little one. The service was just beyond phenomenal and I would recommend to anyone staying in and around Niseko.

Used their service for our 3yr old son and 1yr old daughter. At the very first day they were nervous but when they came back, especially my 3yr old was super happy, told me he had such a fun time with sensei and friends. He was so excited to go back the next day. I’ve never seen him this excited to go to his regular day care, so I’m sure this Niseko kids club must have done such fantastic job. I also loved their detailed email report of how our kids’ day went. Very much recommend this place for any parents!

We use the babysitting services with Eri-San while we were at the Hilton. She was amazing, fun and trustworthy. She did all kinds of activities with our son and made sure he was fed well. It was nice to spend time with my husband while on vacation for the first time in over two years and be assured our son was in good hands. Highly recommend!!!

Had my two kids (2-5) spent the day at the Club. They loved it! They even asked me if they could go back the next day. It says it all! And the place looks just amazing!

We had baby-sitting service 5 days and 1 day day-care, all exceeding our expectations. The service and care from each one was second to none, also love the pictures they provide through the day with updates on our sons day with them. Yasuha was particularly great! Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the japow in peace!

I have never felt more comfortable leaving my kids with someone as I was with Eri and Nagisa. My children are 5, 3 and 7 months and they played with them, fed them and got them to sleep. They sent me multiple photos throughout their time with my kids and my kids loved every minute with them. My 5 year old asked for them to come back the next day. They brought toys with them and took my kids outside to play in the snow. I will absolutely use them again when we come back!!
